COVID-19 UPDATES
Welcome new and prospective families!
One of our agency values is “Transparent Respectful Communication”. We want to ensure that you have all the appropriate information before you begin your partnership with our program. We are currently required to follow the federal performance standards around masking, vaccinations, and testing.
While we understand not everyone agrees that these measures are effective or necessary, their purpose is to keep children, families, and staff safe and healthy.
The following are updates regarding masking and volunteer requirements:
- Masking is not required for children.
- Adults do not need to wear a mask when indoors around children when the community spread is categorized by CDC as low or moderate.
If someone tests positive, there needs to be a 5 day isolation period from the start of symptoms (the date symptoms start is day 0) followed by wearing a well fitted mask on days 6-10. If you have any questions please call the Main Office at 541-734-5150.
