CENTER OPPORTUNITIES

You belong here! Serve in a way that works for you.

Southern Oregon Head Start offers all parents and caregivers many different opportunities to be engaged in their child’s potential. Connecting with your center means you are a key part of an action plan that is focused on strengthening your child’s education and the family-school partnership.

However you choose to participate is an investment in your child. Support your child’s teachers and center, advocate on the issues impacting your child, affect change at a local and state level, and help build a stronger, more diverse and inclusive school community.

ESTABLISH CONNECTIONS

Parenting is a challenging job, but having support can help! Through participating in center events, you build connections with parents and caregivers who are also navigating the adventure that is raising a preschooler.

Establish Connections

I wanted to do better for him
– to get involved and be more active.”
