SCHOLARSHIPS

Oregon Head Start Association Annual Scholarship Opportunity

Are you a Head Start or Early Head Start parent currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a higher learning institution? If so, you will not want to miss out on this scholarship opportunity to help fund your goals and dreams!

Oregon Head Start Association

Every year, the Oregon Head Start Association (OHSA) offers three scholarships each of which goes to one Head Start parent, Early Head Start parent, and a Head Start staff member. These scholarships promote educational opportunities for the Head Start community and offer a chance to acknowledge and encourage just a few of the many members of our Head Start family committed to the path of education.

APPLICATIONS

Applications are received from Head Start programs across the state of Oregon, and the three winners are selected and announced annually at the OHSA Spring Conference. Our family services department and staff are available to support parents who are interested in applying for a scholarship and are ready to help you create a competitive application and navigate the entire application process.

For more information, please connect with your center’s family advocate and/or Specialist or visit https://www.ohsa.net/resources/scholarships.
