Early Head Start is for Pregnant women and infants and toddlers age birth to 3 years. Head Start is for children who are 3 or 4 years old by September 1st and come from a low-income family. If a family does not qualify based on the income amounts listed below they qualify if they are currently recipients of a TANF funded program (ERDC, cash grant, assessment program) or any family member living in the household is on SSI (Supplemental Security Income). This website has many option, to access instruction click "Child Care", then click "Subsidy Rates", then look for "ERDC Application". Note: For each additional family member add $3,600 per year; $300 per month. Instructions: 1) Download and print the child application. "Child Application". 2) Completely fill out the child application. 3) Make copies of Date of Birth verification (Birth Certificate, Medical Card, Hospital Record, or Immunizations) and All income for the last 12 months. We must be able to verify a full year of income (W-2's for the previous year, Tax Return for previous year, Supplemental Security Income award letter, Foster Child placement letter, Paycheck Stubs for the most current 12 months, and Child Support Payments).
